Situation

Each Kenny's Cardiology retail store was running Point of Sale, Product Catalogue Management and the loyalty program, Kenny's Club Card, as predominantly a manual, time-consuming process. At each site, customer databases were managed separately, which provided limited capabilities for identifying customer profiles, tracking loyalty programs and targeting marketing campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Kenny's Cardiology stores operate the Qdos CRM, managing all retail customer interactions from a single platform, including customer purchasing history, profile and loyalty. Staff can quickly and easily use this intelligence to deploy targeted e-marketing campaigns with specialized offers and track the purchasing habits of loyalty card holders.

Product Catalogue Management

Using the scalable product catalogue, with stock visibility across the franchise or at individual store, Kenny's Cardiology's complex inventory management process is made effortless. There is complete flexibility across product lines, cost and price, location and stock control; retail staff can view product descriptions, availability and dates for stock replenishment in real-time.

Point of Sale

The QPOS point of sale touch screen platform was installed across Kenny's Cardiology retail outlets, integrated in real-time with Qdos CRM and Order Management. QPOS provides integrated EFT, cash draw management, employee audit trail, offline or online modes, flowing through to inventory and sales reporting. Retail staff can use the card swipe for Kenny's Club Cards, meaning purchases by loyalty card holders are tracked automatically through the CRM.
