Using the same order management screen, select purchase order, the contact and supplier account and the goods on purchase order. Email directly to your supplier and warehouse, with agreed pricing/deal.
Transfer Orders
Simply use order management to transfer stock between multiple warehouses, as required.
Recurring Orders
Create recurring orders as you would with sales orders or purchase orders, nominating a frequency or reorder point.
Vouchers Issue & Redemption
Qdos can batch generate vouchers with individual numbers to be redeemed either at point of sale retail or online.
Integrated Credit Card Payments
Integrated credit card payments are processed through Qdos’ highly secure, 128-bit encrypted payment gateway, automatically entered through accounts receivable and either presented at QPOS, eStore or simply entered through Qdos.
Shipping
Qdos’ multi-warehouse model means you can create various shipping carriers based on location, warehouse shipping zones, freight charges, multi-package shipment, tracking, email notification and provide proof of deliver from the carrier.
Credit Control
Qdos allows for simple, structured credit control, with aged debtor reporting. Account details and transactions are visible on one screen, along with notes, outstanding balances. The AR department can record agreements with debtors, stop future invoices, and send statements from Qdos.
Shipping Matricies
Set up one shipping matrix or many, based on various carriers, freight zones, freight costs, price points and speed of shipping.
Supplier Purchasing Portal
Provide your suppliers with limited access to your Qdos application with a secure portal to view applicable orders and stock levels.
