Create each account code or select from industry-specific Chart of Accounts structures to manage the assets, liabilities, income, etc in your general ledger. Provides detailed account history, easily tracked department expenses and simple organisation into balance sheet, etc display.
Budgeting:
Qdos has a comprehensive budgeting module that can be applied to accounts, individuals, teams, outlets or enterprise-wide budgets. Fiscal year or calendar-based budgeting can be tracked against actual with % variance.
Invoices:
Invoices can be created for non-inventory items, such as professional services and office expenses.
General Journal:
Qdos has the capability to maintain general journal entries, with journal creation, reversal and period/year end processing. View posted and unposted journals, create journal templates, set up recurring entries and post individually or in batches. Provides a complete audit trail.
Account Receivable:
The accounts receivable position is easily viewed or you can generate customised reports segmenting the data.
Account Payable:
