A full overhaul of our SaaS infrastructure has been completed, which has delivered state-of-the-art infrastructure, performance gains and stringent security.
Multi-display POS: Customers are able to view their transactions on a customer-facing screen in real-time.
Integration to Magento 2.3.2 ecommerce platform completed.
In addition to supporting Magento as our preferred eCommerce platform, we are planning to deliver integration and implementation support to another leading eCommerce application – Shopify.
Business Intelligence and Reporting: We are moving towards a self-serve reporting model through the introduction of our business intelligence and reporting suite. This will enable end-users to build your own reports.
Warehousing: We are developing a platform-agnostic warehousing application that will be available soon.
New Point of Sale (POS) application: A fully platform-agnostic and redesigned POS application which will be supported on tablets, POS terminals will be rolled out in early 2021. This will significantly reduce the cost of hardware required to run the Qdos POS application.
Accounting Integration: A file based integration will be undertaken for seamless data flow into MYOB and Xero accounting systems.
Qdos B2B Sales Order Management: Will provide the ability to view real-time inventory and capture sales orders whilst out in the field.
Qdos Scan & Pack Warehouse application will provide customers with a seamless flow for labelling through to logistics.
